杜鸿飞(博士)

创始人兼CEO 北京航空航天大学电子工程系,英国萨里大学电子工程硕士(Msc),哲学硕士(MPhil),博士(PhD)。曾发表国际知名期刊会议论文40余篇,国际标准化提案20余篇,国内国际专利20余篇,软件著作权10余篇。曾任加拿大SimonFraser University,英国University of Surrey大学,清华大学博士生导师兼特聘海外专家。

曾受聘于英国Volantis,意大利CREATE-NET, Alcatel-Lucent贝尔实验室(高级研发工程师), 美国IDCC(高级嵌入式软件工程师), 曾参与3GPP国际标准化制定, 负责主持多个欧盟FP大型协作研发项目,参与法国国防部涉密卫星通信研发项目,主持研发中国高铁高精度单坐标卡脖子涉密项目,参与中国空间技术研究院,空空导弹研究所等多个军工涉密研发制造项目, 自2018年起开始涉及高精度三坐标测头软硬件研发,2025年创立苏州普莱格科技担任执行总经理,从事国家卡脖子技术超高精度三坐标测量机核心技术的软件与探测系统专项研究开发。
